The aid of automated CAD/CAM systems makes it possible to quickly check the actual feasibility of a project and to apply adjustments and modifications in a very short time.
All sliding headstock lathes are equipped with a CO2 gas fire extinguishing system, so that they can also produce titanium parts and guarantee production continuity. Teknomecc has 2 washing systems, both ultrasonic and vacuum washing with modified alcohols, which allow the delivery of clean degreased parts and, if necessary, protected with special products.
For us, respect for the environment is very important, for that reason we decided to incorporate the new IFP modified alcohol vacuum washing machine that recovers 99% of waste materials and improves the surface quality of our products.
